Executive to Entrepreneur "Pre-Launch" Mastermind Workshop – The pre-launch workshop gives you two days of work in a group mastermind experience with direct instruction from Ruth and Tom and can establish a support cohort to help you to build your transition plan, determine what success looks like for you, and begin executing your unique plan.  You will work through a series of exercises that will help you harness the intellectual power of your mastermind to help you:
o Ignite your passion - Get your head where it needs to be.  If you already know what you love, GREAT.  If you aren't sure, then these individual and group exercises will help you to see more clearly what really gets turns your alarm clock into an opportunity clock.
o Build Your Personal Brand - Inside corporate America or out, your personal brand is indispensable.  Creating a personal brand requires thought, creativity, spontaneity, and deliberate methods.
o Turn your passion into a business and a brand - Building a financial foundation for your post-corporate life won't happen by itself.  You cannot rely upon Uncle Sam, Corporate America, Wall Street, or anyone else to make sure that you have the financial resources to live your dreams.  Expanding your streams of passive and earned incomes is critical and owning your own business may be one of the most critical pieces for your long-term financial well-being and living your dreams.
